as of yesterday, the 14th of april 2024, it is the 20th anniversary of my original website http://pole-land.com (which now redirects to a distant sky)! a further writeup is behind the link, and i will be doing more nostalgiadumping throughout the week
just finished a 10-hour drive which means sadly the comic will not be done until tomorrow at the soonest (following a 5-hour drive)

The pixelated look of that sun in the last panel compared to the smooth vectors elsewhere gives me an ominous feeling… is this last panel from the attack robot’s perspective?
