I guess arms are easier. A fairly basic one needs to bend in about 18 places and have sufficient grip strength to pick stuff up. I’m no expert in bionics, but an eye needs to send information directly to the brain, which is less important for an arm.
computer crashed and took both my current comic source file and its recovery save with it, thankfully i only lost like four pages but that does mean i have to recreate today's page from scratch; chapter 6, page 55 will be delayed
