Who, in that organisation, determines who or what is a threat to ‘their skies’, and how.
If Alcyone or Eli runs into something that, like Dan with original Daniil, isn’t a cut and dried threat and should be investigated, and the Council wants it destroyed no matter what, because it’s a personal threat to their rule, or constructed narrative, would Al and Elli mindlessly obey, or have to go rogue?
why do bash “dead-beat” seneschals for not being there for their council but we never question if the council has bad vibes? or if they’re just unpleasant to be around?
